What the Graduate Programme Offers

Programme Duration and Location

The Graduate Development Programme will run for a period of 24 months. The programme is expected to commence in 2026. While the initial month for some programmes will be based in Gauteng, successful candidates for the Free State and Limpopo opportunities will relocate to those provinces for the remaining 23 months. ICASA will not cover accommodation costs for these relocations, so candidates should plan accordingly.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the ICASA Graduate Development Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a South African citizen.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Management, Risk Management, or a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
  • Have completed the qualification at a recognised institution of higher learning.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence.
  • For the Risk and Compliance role, an LLB degree is required.
