• Possess an excellent academic record.

• Have a proven record of teaching experience in your home country and demonstrate commitment to returning to an academic or research position, becoming a STEM entrepreneur, or contributing to public sector policy making using scientific skills.
• Demonstrate leadership skills, active community outreach, and a track record in encouraging young people, particularly girls and women, into STEM.
• Schlumberger employees are not eligible to apply.
