An MVP (Minimum Viable Product) is not strictly required at the start, but there must be a clear plan for launch, pilot, beta testing, or an MVP ready for use by the program’s end. Working prototypes are required for hardware companies.
  • Founders should demonstrate a growth mindset, be highly coachable, possess a large vision, and be willing to collaborate. Coachability is a key factor.
  • The CEO must personally participate in the program and commit 25 to 30 hours per week to company work and sessions.
