Who Can Apply?

Sanlam is looking for applicants who either already hold an eligible degree or will complete their degree by the end of 2026. Previous work experience is not a requirement for this programme. However, applicants should not have more than 12 months of related professional work experience gained after university. Work experience obtained as part of a work-integrated learning programme will not be counted towards this limit.
