Programme Duration and Location
This internship programme has a fixed duration of 24 months. All successful candidates will be based at the CPSI offices in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. This location offers a central hub for public service innovation and development.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for these internship positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must have completed a Senior Certificate/Grade 12.
- For the Internal Audit Intern position: A recognised National Diploma or Degree at NQF Level 6/7 in Internal Audit.
- For the Legal Services Intern position: A recognised Law Degree at NQF Level 7.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Applicants who have previously participated in an internship programme in any Government Department will not be considered.
Membership of the Siyakhula Student Membership Programme or the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIASA) will be an added advantage for the Internal Audit role. Practical Legal Training will be an added advantage for the Legal Services role.
