Programme Duration and Location

The internship programme runs for a duration of 24 months. The primary location for these internships is the Department of Transport’s Head Office in Pretoria, Gauteng. For the Public Transport/Town Planning internships, opportunities are available in Limpopo, Eastern Cape, Gauteng, Western Cape, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, and KwaZulu-Natal.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Have completed a relevant National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or postgraduate qualification as specified for each internship post.
  • Have not previously participated in an internship programme.
