Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the internship programme:

• Be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Be unemployed.
• Reside within the Gert Sibande District.
• Possess the specific qualification required for the internship applied for.
• Be available for the full 24-month duration of the programme.
• Meet any additional ETDP SETA programme requirements.

Specific qualification requirements for each internship are:

• Supply Chain Management: Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management (NQF Level 7).
• Human Resource: National N Diploma or Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6).
• Fleet Department: National Diploma or National N Diploma in Fleet or Logistics Management (NQF Level 6).
• Facilities Department: National Diploma or National N Diploma in Civil Engineering (NQF Level 6).

Competencies Required

Successful candidates should demonstrate strong skills in the following areas:

• Effective verbal and written communication.

A valid driver’s licence will be considered an advantage.
